Hey friend, How’s it going? 🌻 It's Q3 already, and the perfect time to deep dive into the rights and wrongs of the first two quarters and prep for the future. Recently, I did an organic performance analysis for my current company, and guess what? ChatGPT helped! Like a LOT! Here are three use cases, prompts, and the possible results you can expect from this experiment: But before that.... Use Case #1: Identify seasonality and regional impact on organic lead generationWhat it solves: You notice a dip in leads, but traffic looks stable. The question — is it seasonal, regional, or content-related? Prompt to try: “Here’s my lead data by month and by region (For example: US, EU, UAE, etc.). Analyze whether the drop in leads is seasonal or linked to any region. Suggest how to verify it using search trends and industry benchmarks.” 📂 What data to share:
📊 What outputs to expect:
Use Case #2: Detect content gaps behind lead dropWhat it solves: You’re publishing regularly, impressions are up, but conversions are down. Prompt to try: “I’ll share a list of my top 10 performing blogs (with traffic and keywords). Analyze which ones are attracting irrelevant queries vs. those that align with buyer intent. Suggest three content refresh ideas or new BOFU topics to improve conversions.” 📂 What data to share:
📊 What outputs to expect:
Use Case #3: Investigate keyword and AI visibility shiftsWhat it solves: You’ve noticed a traffic plateau even though rankings look fine. The hidden culprit may be AI overviews or ChatGPT answer citations stealing clicks. Prompt to try: “Here’s my list of blog URLs and their traffic. Check which ones are likely impacted by AI Overviews or ChatGPT answer boxes. Suggest how to make them more ‘AI-citation friendly’ with schema, FAQ sections, or better structure.” 📂 What data to share:

Hey friend, How’s it going? 🌻 For the second-to-last newsletter of the year, I thought of coming up with a few predictions for 2026. These are related to content, AI search, branding, and everything in between. Let's go! #1 Organic success in 2026 will be measured by pipeline influence, not surface metrics By 2026, organic won’t be judged by traffic or impressions — only by whether it shows up in active deals. Content that helps a buyer shortlist vendors, answer internal questions, or justify...
Hey friend, How’s it going? 🌻 Hope December is treating you well so far. I’m deep into my year-end reviews — the experiments that worked, the ones that hurt, and the ones that made me question my life choices. And one question kept coming up all year: “Can you prove BOFU is working?” And after working in a fast-growing product startup, "impact" only means pipeline for me, not traffic, not impressions, and definitely not clicks. And I learned while building the BOFU ROI chapter for the ebook...
